Because we want your time at our salon to be a relaxing and soothing experience from the inside out, we have put together some simple guidelines to help us do this better.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.
- Gift cards are redeemable only when presented at the time of service.
- Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24-hours notice will be charged at full value.
- As a courtesy to our spa guests, please do not bring children.
- Please turn off cell phones and pagers upon entering the salon.
- While we provide lockers to store your belongings, the salon is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, so we encourage you to leave valuables at home.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Gift cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
- Gratuity is not included in pricing.
- 18% gratuity added for parties of four or more.
